Qualities, Qualifications, Accountability
Qualities: A musician with a biblical worldview, a mature Christian who matches Jesus' mission and our methods of making disciples. The Worship Director serves as a worship leader who is able to raise up and train other worship leaders both spiritually and musically.
Qualifications: Love for the Lord and for worship. Able to help Christ the Servant grow younger through contemporary worship. Able to read music and work with musicians to rehearse, have Bible devotions, and create new praise bands if needed.
Accountability: The Worship Director is accountable to Pastor Joe and meets with him weekly to plan.
